How the price is actually built

Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For smoke shop owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

What we test before a carton is sealed

Cosmetic grading is written down, not argued about. Minor scuffs inside the tolerance band are accepted; anything that would make a customer put the unit back on the shelf is rejected. Your staff should never have to explain a finish defect to a paying customer.

Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
