Getting the carton there intact
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 15 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
Quality control, in plain terms
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For smoke shop owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
