What a sensible opening order looks like
Ordering THC vape is not difficult. Ordering THC vape that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. When you compare suppliers for THC vape, ask for the last three production dates on the same SKU. If the answers are vague, the specification is not being held and the next batch will not match the sample you approved.
Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 3.38 to 9.83 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Unit price breaks usually land at 200, 500 and 1000 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
What we test before a carton is sealed
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
10 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.

Lead times, freight and landed cost
Freight on THC vape products is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.
We can consolidate mixed orders of THC vape products into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.

What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
How long does production take?
Around 22 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
