THC Vape fitment and compatibility explained
We work with smoke shop owners who order between a few hundred and a few thousand units at a time, and we treat both ends the same way: a written specification, a sample you approve, and a production run that matches the sample.

What we test before a carton is sealed
This page is for smoke shop owners who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
How the price is actually built
Currency moves more than most buyers expect over a twelve month supply plan. We quote in USD and hold the price for 30 days from confirmation so your margin calculation is not guesswork.
We publish a realistic band of 3.26 to 10.18 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
What a sensible opening order looks like
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
A practical starting order for smoke shop owners is 300 units across two or three SKUs, not 300 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Cartons drop-tested and pallet-counted for clean freight
- Mixed SKU cartons to spread first-order risk
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
Turning shelf space into repeat visits
Counter space is finite. Three well-chosen SKUs outsell nine crowded ones, and the empty space signals a curated range rather than a clearance table.
Photography matters for online listings. Shoot on a neutral background with the device at a slight angle, show the pack alongside the unit, and keep the same framing across the range so the grid reads as a family.

Frequently asked
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
