Lead times, freight and landed cost
We ship THC vape products to distributors, chain buyers and independent shops. What follows is the material we normally cover in a first conversation: what we hold in stock, how we test it, how it ships, and what happens when a carton arrives damaged.
For repeat buyers we hold a shipping schedule rather than shipping on request. A fixed weekly cut-off means your reorder lands before the shelf empties instead of after.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 25 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Price breaks and payment terms
We publish a realistic band of 3.27 to 10.29 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For smoke shop owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
Choosing the core line
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the THC vape list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.

Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 100 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How do you handle repeat orders?
