What we test before a carton is sealed
We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
12 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.

Unit price versus landed cost
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For smoke shop owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 3.43 to 9.89 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

None of this is complicated. It is just written down, which is more than most buyers get before they wire a deposit.

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 300 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How long does production take?
Around 25 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
What is the minimum order for THC vape?
Standard configurations start at 300 units per SKU, with mixed SKUs allowed inside the same carton. Custom colours, custom packaging or a private label run usually start at 800 units because of setup time on the line.
